Shipping to the Iberian Peninsula € 5 (3-4 days).

Urgent shipments to the Iberian Peninsula € 10 (2 days).

Rest of Europe: € 10 (5-6 days).

Rest of the world: € 20 (10 days).

Changes or returns can only be made due to defects in the pieces received.

Martalerma.com is not responsible for the damages produced by the courier company.

Changes or returns must be made within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt and shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.

They must be sent in the original packaging and in perfect condition. It is also recommended to include the courier's receipt as proof of delivery. We also recommend sending by certified mail or similar.

If, upon receipt of the returned product, defects are detected in the piece, said return will not be made.
